"Can Somni" tells the story of a deep wish born when we arrives in the Balearic Islands: to create a warm and welcoming holiday home, a true place to feel at home, where you can gently discover our beautiful region with the comfort and simplicity of a cosy retreat.
Our adventure began in 2016 guided only by the desire to do things well, with simplicity and sincerity. Little by little, thanks to you - your presence in both summer and winter, your smiles, your feedback, recommandations and loyalty - this bright and welcoming place became Can Somni.
Can Somni is this "house of dreams", thoughtfully created to accompany each of your moments of relaxation with care and attention. A place designed to offer you precious memories of your holidays in the Balearic Islands, in a region so beautiful, rich in diversity and character.
But why "Can Somni "? And what does it mean?
Because here, words have a soul.
In Mallorca, Can is everywhere - on street corners, façades. in the names of houses, bars and places of life. A simple, deeply rooted expression meaning "home" or "at someone's place" telling the story of the island through centuries, carried by the Catalan language introduced to Mallorca in the 13th century.
